Lifelong Friendships
& Personal Connections

Excel isn't just about professional growth-it's where lifelong friendships are formed. Fellows meet their best friends and future roommates within this extraordinary community. With active Excel communities across multiple cities and weekly events (reimbursed by Excel), you'll always find a way to connect and celebrate together. From intimate gatherings to our annual conference, the Excel community is your family for life.

Jewish Identity & Leadership Development

Excel fosters a deep, ongoing connection to Judaism and Israel. Fellows engage in meaningful Jewish experiences, from cultural events to leadership opportunities within Jewish organizations. Many Excel Fellows go on to sit on the boards of Jewish nonprofits, launch their own initiatives, and take on leadership roles that impact the global Jewish community. Through Excel, you'll strengthen your Jewish identity and contribute to causes that matter.
